I currently find it hard to eat during the day, so I am now trying out products form Herbal life.
I am taking 2 shakes a day, which consist of the shake compound an added protein compound and things such as milk and fruit. These are meant to be classed as a replacement for Breakfast and lunch and you eat a meal in the night time.
I was wondering if you had any information on these products and whether they are of going to be of use to me.
Meal replacements can work well for some slimmers especially if you are too pushed to eat anything decent and may find yourself grabbing chocolate or crisps instead. And there?s the added benefit of not having to plan meals which can be a bit of a relief especially if you have a tendency to obsess about food. On the downside I don't think relying on meal replacements does much to encourage healthy eating habits or, in the long run, help people who have a poor emotional relationship with food.
Having two meal replacements during the day and a meal in the evening should provide all the nutrition you need - though just check the shakes have fibre in them, as this is important.
Your evening meal is also crucial, - it should be healthy, balanced and titillating to your taste buds with lots of fruit and veg. Finally, try not to stay on meal replacements for more than a month or so at a time.
