Are Chili Burn Tablets okay?

Hi can you tell me if these are okay to take when eating sensibly and exercising 4-5 times a week?

Well I have to admit that this is not a product that I am familiar with, so I had to look it up. 

 

On the plus side, the product does appear to contain all natural ingredients, some of which have been linked to weight loss.  I also like the way the product contains peppermint, which is known to soothe and calm the digestive tract.  However, as with so many of these types of products, I suspect they will work for some people and not for others.

 

I really can’t see a reason why you shouldn’t try this product, as long as it is alongside the sensible eating and exercise regime you suggest.  Just don’t set your expectations too high and if they don’t produce the desired result, don’t continue to waste your money.  Good luck!
