We're constantly working to make the Nutracheck app even more helpful to you. Over the past year or two we've been working hard to add some great new features – specifically things you asked for. From easier nutrient tracking to timestamps, logging your food has never been easier. Here are our top 5 newer features, not to be missed!

1Extra nutrient columns

It's now possible to view up to 4 nutrient columns in your diary at one time, making it easier to see at a glance how you're doing against your key nutrient targets. Pick the 4 that are most important for you to keep an eye on from these options – kcals, protein, fibre, sugar, carbs, fat, saturated fat and salt.

We still track all 7 nutrients along with kcals and you can see how you're doing against all of these targets by tapping the white chart icon in the top right of your diary. This new feature simply allows you to stay on track of the 4 things that are most important to you, in your main diary page.

Meal occasions

How to use:

  1. Tap the blue menu button in the diary.
  2. Then tap Diary Preferences > Nutrient Choices.

2Add extra meal occasions

You can now add 2 more meal occasions to your diary, for example 'Drinks' – making a total of 6 meal occasions if you like. This allows you to add in some extra categorisation to your food and drink throughout the day, which can be great for people who eat smaller more frequent meals or maybe those who tot up quite a few calories in drinks each day.

Dark mode

How to use:

  1. Tap the blue menu button in the diary.
  2. Then tap Diary Preferences > Edit Meal Occasions.
  3. Toggle the meal occasions on or off to show or hide.

3Account sharing

This new feature allows you to invite up to 7 other Nutracheck members to view your diary, meals and progress. Plus, you can view theirs too, helping you all stay accountable. So if your friends and family are using the app too, why not link your accounts and help one another stay on track!

Lock screen widget

How to use:

  1. Tap More.
  2. Then tap Link & Share Account.
  3. Tap Create an invitation link.

4Eating out

You can now discover calories and other nutritional information for over 200 eating out establishments - including restaurants, cafes, and pubs - on our database. This means you can feel empowered about making good choices when enjoying a meal out, without the need to worry about counting the calories and other macros yourself.

Duplicate Saved Meals

How to use:

  1. Tap the blue menu button in the diary.
  2. Then tap Eating out.

5Read Healthy Balance magazine

Our new quarterly magazine Healthy Balance is free for members and available to read in the app. You can go back and read all editions, which cover a range of features from weight loss tips and nutrition advice, to delicious recipes, exercise ideas and more.

Custom strength training
